Jonathan Camilleri Bowman
Founder, Chief Executive Officer & Project Visionary
Jonathan has over 20 years of commercial software development, with the last 10 being dedicated to enterprise multi-national fintech organisations and product offerings. After heading multiple distributed global software teams and building high capacity and high availability payment solutions in his role as Group CTO for the past several years, Jonathan developed a passion for RegTech solutions to level the playing field for small and large corporates alike and provide necessary solutions for both the fiat and the crypto industry.
Quent Rickerby
Chief Strategy Officer
Quent brings over 20 years of experience in the global FinTech, RegTech and Payments industries. Quent is responsible for Sekuritance’s strategic direction, operations, product and business development. He has held numerous Board of Director and senior executive leadership roles; including Managing Director of Airbnb Payments UK, CEO of OpenPayd and several other successful Fintech firms.

Chief Technical Officer
Jan has 13 years of experience in app & platform development for the finance, banking and gaming sectors. Developed state-of-the art fintech platform regulated in the UK to manage all aspects of the payment lifecycle including the card issuance and acquiring gateways.
John Moran
Chief Financial Officer
John is an experienced finance professional with an extensive knowledge of the payments industry. He joined Sekuritance having previously worked as Financial Controller in a regulated payments entity. He possesses a deep knowledge of all aspects of the finance discipline including strategic planning, internal controls and regulatory reporting. John is a Chartered Accountant and a member of Chartered Accountants Ireland.
